IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR STUDENTS:
ONLINE FORM AFTER FEE PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE LAST DATE. THE LAST DAY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE INSTITUTE FOR CONSOLIDATED SUBMISSION OF THE FORMS TO THE RTU. ALSO SUBMIT SIGNED HARDCOPY OF EXAM FORM TO THE EXAM SECTION.

Disclaimers

  1. The exam forms for the students who have not submitted the college fee so far will not be accepted, so such students are instructed to submit the college fee first, then submit the exam fee and fill the exam form.
  2. The Exam fee amount is given in following table. For VIII sem main students the normal payable fee will be exam fee mentioned in the following table plus ₹ 700 (fee for consilidated marksheet and provisional degree).

  4. The students have to pay the late fee as multiple of exam fee mentioned in the above table. For VIII sem, the late exam fee will be multiple of the exam fee only as mentioned in the above table (excluding the fee for consilidated marksheet and provisional degree) as per the schedule.
  5. While paying the fee, enter the details like Roll number, name, father's name according to your academic record in capital letters only. Enter the exam subject as subject code followed by subject name whereever required.
  6. Confirm the fee amount carefully and asure to pay amount according to the RTU/college notices. If student does not pay the fee accordingly, he/she will be solely responsible for the consequenses generated by such mistake.
  7. The details of payment and fee payment receipt will be sent to your registered email ID and notification will be sent to the provided mobile number.So, please provide valid email ID and mobile number during the payment.
  8. After the online fee payment, online form submission at here is mandatory. Submit the online form for each fee receipt saparately.
  9. In case of transaction failure, if the amount is deducted from your account, the institute will not be liable for refund/adjustment of that amount. In that case it may concern only to the Bank/PayuMoney.
  10. Convenience Fee for making online payment will be charged by the PayU at following rate for providing the convenience to the students for online fee payment. The applicable taxes will be charged extra. The institute is not concerened any way with this conveniece fee charged.

  12. Please do not press back/refresh button during the payment transaction, doing so will lead you to transaction failure. Using the slow wireless/mobile internet connection also may lead to transaction failure.
